Affiliate links never decide which deals you see.

Hikeventory can earn a commission from some product links. That only changes the outgoing link: it never changes whether an offer qualifies as a deal, which retailer is shown or where an offer is ranked.

Active affiliate relationships

For the retailers below, an exact product link may be converted into an approved affiliate link. If you make a qualifying purchase after clicking such a link, Hikeventory may receive a commission. You do not pay a higher price because of this.

Retailer-directory and retailer-profile links remain direct. Only a link to an exact product offer can use an activated affiliate programme, and it must still resolve to the correct retailer and product.

How a product link works

A product click first passes through Hikeventory’s secured redirect. We verify that the offer, retailer and destination are allowed before sending you to the exact product page. If an affiliate programme has been explicitly activated, the redirect may use an approved tracking link that still resolves to that same product.

Activation happens per retailer

An affiliate programme only becomes active after the external programme is approved, its conditions are recorded, the deep-link and tracking destination are validated, Hikeventory can attach its one-time click reference, the public disclosure is current and the programme has been explicitly approved for activation. Other retailers continue to use direct links.

What commercial relationships never change

Affiliate status never changes Hikeventory’s rules for what counts as a deal, how recent the price must be, whether the product is in stock or whether the retailer and source are allowed. A higher commission cannot buy a higher ranking.
